Hi yall, I'm fairly new to the workforce so I'm not very good at bargaining for myself.
I've been at my current position for a year and a half, and in that time the cost of living has gotten notably worse. I would consider a raise under the annual rate of inflation to be a pay cut, but I don't know how to say that to my employer in a professional way.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
