I have a large collection of very rare bones valued at ~$40,000 and I keep looking for more. Now I have only put around $15,000 into it and there’s a good appreciation rate, so I see it as a good inflation hedge since I can liquidate it when I need to. But I certainly get weird looks and family seems to be questioning my sanity. And now I am questioning my sanity.
So I don’t know if I have a problem or not, I don’t miss the money I put into the collection, I do enjoy it and I take very good care of it.
