I recently found out that my wife’s grandmother, who is fairly old, has a good amount of land and money and is planning on letting her kids figure out how to split it up when she dies. While it’s not really up to me or my wife, I worry because her uncle is a really greedy guy that already hates her family and gets pissed when the grandma gives us even little things that belong to her. In addition, her parents are pretty bad with money. I have a bad feeling about what’s going to happen when it eventually hits the fan. Is there anything I can do? Or do I just sit back and stay out of the inevitable fight?
