Ironically, this was supposed to be my safe fund. I'm now buying SPAXX or bonds directly, instead of bond-backed ETFs. Will this recover when rates go back down? I'm down about 10% on the investment. I don't need to money, but if there's not hope in recovery then it might be a good time to switch to something else.
