Hi there, we recently sold our house and are now renting. We would like to get back into the market at some point but are holding out for a year or two to feel out the market. We live in a nice area in Canada so houses are expensive 1.5-2.0 million in our area. What should we do with our $430k downpayment while we wait and see? High interest savings? GIC's? Stocks? A cheaper rental home/apartment ? Thanks in advance.
