I'm 25, never had savings or anything else - I rent my home, work hard for my money. I have a little crypto. I just recieved 24k in inheritance and I'm wondering what the best way for me to invest and grow that money is. Real estate might be an option in the next year or so, but if I find a better investment that might be put off. What should I do with this money short and medium term?
