So I’m 34 and have a government pension job with is dead end at 90k with pension. I’ve been headhunted by a private company for starting 90k company vechile, 2.5% bonus. And the potential to evaluate pay every year and potentially being partner in 15-20years.
Am I wrong to want to make the jump, is a pension really holding me back. Or would I be stupid to leave if my job.
My current job is unfulfilling and boring, but less “work” than the new job which has other opportunities and is more fulfilling.
