I'm thinking about adding ZPRX(Europe Small Cap Value) to my portfolio, for some small cap tilt, due to the ADVD tax drag prolem, it's better to hold ZPRX than ADVD in my opinion, however, I'm not sure how to handle the rebalance problem.
Let’s say I use USD as my base currency(my currecy is pegged to USD), if I convert the Euro to USD and calculate the value of the funds, then the result will be affected by the EURO/USD rate, right? Would'n it be bad for rebalance purpose?
I wonder what’s the common or correct approach?
