I'll try to keep it short. I am 23 have a baby and am way over extended on bills and living expenses. I currently make $26/hr. Before I was on salary for $86k a year. Bought a truck I could afford at the time and had a nice apartment. That job fucked me over, I relocated had a baby and now am stuck with a $700/month truck payment. $300 in insurance (because my partner totaled my car and wasnt listed on my policy) I cannot get a cheaper rate so do not suggest that please.

Rent is $1350 | Truck/insurance $1000 | Debts monthly $400ish |

Not including my phone bills and living expenses like food, diapers, formula. I'm beyond my monthly income. I do have a job offer in the pipeline for $32/he but my current job has done a lot for me and the owner has bigger plans for me to take over another company he is starting. I'm just at a loss for what to do. I've considered voluntarily giving up my truck for repossession but ruining my credit really scares me. My work currently provides me a company vehicle that I can use for personal use but if I take the new job offer that will go away.

Any advice or related experiences are insightful for me so I appreciate any feedback... Keep in mind most of my financial decisions revolved around the job where I was making $86k a year so don't be too hard on me :/
