I had two jobs, one full-time and one part-time, and I was laid off from the full time job. Can I still claim unemployment?

I had two jobs, one full time job that provided the bill of my income and one part time job. I was laid off from my full time job last week. Can I still claim unemployment even though I’m still technically employed, just making less money?
