Hello everyone. I have a question regarding Brookfield corporation $BN, since it has been under discussion here and is in portfolio of a couple of Gurus I assume some of you own it and could help me.
I just checked tikr terminal, which says that according to the last filing Fruce Flatt sold almost 80% of his holding. I'm having difficulties finding a real regulatory filing proving that. Also I'm hesitant to really believe it, since there is nothing about it on the internet and it seems like something that would be all over the place. Can someone with more experience analyzing regulatory filings check it out and confirm or deny it? Thanks!
