I find that I always need to be doing something with my mouth and if I'm not then I'm biting the inside of my cheeks. I used to eat pistachios a lot to treat this, but those are quite spendy. I often use candy like gummy bears or sour patch kids, but that is not super healthy or nutritious and probably not too frugal either (although I do get those items from the dollar store). I do like to use gum quite a bit as I find that if you use one stick a day and buy in bulk, it's fairly frugal. Sometimes gum gets lame, so I want to change it up. Any ideas of things I fiddle with in my mouth that are frugal and possibly healthy too?
