Do NOT invest money with this site! Max Crowd fund is a scam. I have multiple investments on their platform. Almost all of them have went into default. Instead of Max Crowd Fund repaying the investments they force u into 6 month extensions which can go on indefinitely. One investment is on its second extension and I still can't get a definitive answer on when the extensions will stop. In layman terms they take your money and do NOT return it. Their customer service support is terrible. They don't give investors warning that they're going to default on repayment. Instead I had to call days after the loan expired and ask why the money wasn't repaid. Only then was I told they were waiting on the property owners request for an extension to be completed. This is after the loan expired. Investors need to alerted to extensions before the loan expiration date and payment is promised. The whole platform is poorly operated and once I get my money back I'm closing the account for good. The way things are going Max Crowd Fund will be the next FTX or Celsius. Don't invest in a platform with such a low rate of return. (Not investment advice)
