I recently sold my house and I'm sitting on $350k. Moved to a different market that is very inflated. I'm planning to rent for 6-12 months before I decide if I'm going to stay here and purchase a home or not.
Where should I put the money? Looking for a secure place that is easily accessible with little/no risk. Obviously the better the return and least tax burden the better.
