Hi All, trying to see if anyone has any insight into what my options might be in the state of michigan. My credit is terrible- 500,479, 502. My roomate is getting a new place and our lease is up in 2 months. Because he is on the lease with me, they are requiring i re apply on my own. I havent applied anywhere officially yet but from what I am hearing, no where even somewhat decent will except my credit. I have no evictions or foreclosures. Never been late on rent. My income is decent, I make 90k salery. I recently paid down some high balance credit cards and I just paid off my car. Hoping once those accounts update to my credit this month, it will impact my score possitivly. With all that said, just looking for any advice or info anyone has to share. thanks in advance.
