Hello, I have been renting a town home and my current lease was renewed last August. Today, when I went to my portal to pay my rent, I saw a charge totaling $875 for Aug 2022 - Feb 2023 Water, sewage, trash, and gas. I have never had to pay for these before but I checked my lease and it does say that I agree to pay $125 a month for these things. The property manager just has not been charging them until now, where they are charging them all at once. Is this allowed? A sudden charge of nearly $1000 is quite annoying. I live in Colorado if it matters
