I make 45K a year before taxes.. Everyone on my team (7) makes the same even though we live in different locations in the US. There is no bonus or raises on our team. I have worked there for 1yr 10 mo and have been trying to have conversations with my manager about moving up/advancement since I hit one year. I always get praise however always getting the runaround when asking about structure changes/promotions. At what point should I move on if this team is staying stagnant? thanks.
