I've tried looking and vanguard does NOT offer this. Does anyone know which place does? Fidelity does not even have a Roth 401k option. I am looking for flexibility and don't want to feel trapped. I make 40k or less so I also have a Roth IRA at fidelity which allows contribution withdrawals. I don't plan to withdraw but again, I value flexibility and cannot predict the future so I'd like it as an option.
