Hi all,
Basically my uncle helped me out to finance a car under his name. I was paying it monthly but I fell behind a few months and now the company wants the car back or that I pay it off.
To add to the problem, I’m not part of the loan so his wife has been dealing with the legal part (since he passed away) and she’s is the one that informed me about the issue. By no means I have been able and to talk directly with the loan company.
I’m okay to let the car go away but I would like to explore the options to keep it if possible. I don’t have the money to pay it off right away so I would need to ask for a loan. I’m also okay to go that route but I can’t figure it out how to make the whole thing work in my favor.
Any ideas and help will be appreciated!
