I've recently begun a daily regimen of gargling with hydrogen peroxide using the classic 3% solution sold anywhere and mixed with equal parts water. I did this to treat an ongoing ear/nose/throat infection, and it's been highly effective for that. A side-effect I've noticed is that my teeth have whitened. I gargle and swoosh the solution over my teeth, because why not? It's cleaning my throat, why not my teeth? After about a couple of weeks, I saw these coffee stains on my lower teeth recede and then disappear. Overall, all my teeth are whiter and my mouth feels very clean (obviously). Does anybody else do this?
