I am 23 making 41k a year. I live in the suburbs of Sacramento more towards Folsom California. I am planning on moving out next year and wondering how much I can afford on my own. Seems like everything around here is 1350 for rent at the lowest. Landlords want your income to be 2-2.5x the rent. If I have money saved up, will that be enough to accept my application?
