I have spent all of my life in academia and doing freelance work, and I just got my first "real" job of sorts. It's for a healthcare company, in an office, making money and stuff. I have no experience in settings and atmospheres like this and don't know what to expect. I probably know more about office culture from Mike Judge than anything else. Does anyone have advice for me?
