I put what I consider my intermediate savings ($10k) into two bond funds (USHY & VCSH) for decent returns, since I figured they were relatively safe and a 1%-6% dividend. Of course this was at near ATHs, and I'm now down about 10%. In theory, I don't need this money anytime soon, but I'm worried they may never rebound and I'll only get back to even with the dividends eventually. Is it better to cut bait and reinvest, or just wait it out with rates rising continually?

I have a good chunk of my savings in a 2% HYSA (just got to 2% recently, wasn't that good when I first purchased funds) and then a small amount in more high risk/reward places. I'm considering selling and putting into my HYSA since it's at 2%, but not sure. Thoughts?
