I’m talking protein for shakes. Ghost legends is $45 and it lasts me roughly a month. And meals! This is what my meals look like so far
Breakfast : buy bulk tubs of Greek yogurt and mix in oats or just have a banana.
Lunch: I spend 4.40 and my work kitchen serves me lunch. Worth it imo
Dinner: I buy bulk frozen chicken breast, salmon fillets or other chicken cuts and then cook with rice and frozen veggies.
What are some other foods I can do cheaply? And what do you guys do for protein shakes?
