What stops people from investing and entering more in countries like Bosnia and Herzegovina for example?
- capital gains tax rates are good
- labor is not too expensive
- GEO is good
btw. Sarajevo in Bosnia and Herzegovina is full of Arabs, but they are buying land, properties etc. - I can't see much of industrial business.
