My realtor is good but only problem is she is saying she preferred I'm working with her lender. But that lender is no good. My realtor has only one preferred lender, so I don't have more choices. She was always saying it is convenient to work with her lender.
Is this normal with other realtors? I would like to go and shop for different lender but not sure my realtor will work with them closely?
