My friend who is looking for investment for cannabis business on 25% equity.
They do have 2 partners and we just applied for our cannabis license in NJ. There's no revenue yet as we are in the midst of approval.
They not need the money now, they will however need it once we get approval. All they eed now is to engage and come to an agreement on terms so that when we do get approved we can move rather quickly.
They do have a business plan and I can submit the financial of exactly how much we need once I get word from the state in the size of the warehouse we need. Let me know how you can help
