Hey y’all, so I’m autistic and my special interest is “retro” things, particularly from the 80s and 90s. Because of this, I like to collect memorabilia and wear fashion from those decades, but it’s really hard and stressful to find something good. Etsy has lots of vintage stuff and ebay too but more often than not they cost and arm and a leg!!
I want to be able to engage with my special interest without going broke because of it LOL. I’ve tried thrift stores in my area (which is a challenge in itself because I live rural), but a lot of the stuff there is pretty recent items. Does anyone have any advice for thrifting more “retro” things while being frugal? Thanks :)
