Update: a Redditor suggested a solar bubbler for my bird bath which is great $30 - spent tonight working on my back porch thrift store outdoor sofa $25/took covering off cushion and put on $3 fabric odd end from thrift store/neighbor gave me flat cushions last year that fit perfectly - looking good!
