She cannot afford to pay for food and when she called the company (2degrees) they told her that it was an accident and that they will return the money in 5 work days. Obviously this is highly illegal right?? My mum told them that it wasnt good enough and that they stole from her. They then promised to return the money immediately but they have not returned any money as of 30 hours after they promised to. My mum is quite stressed, does anyone have any advice on what she can do?
