What do you do to prepare if you expect to be laid off in about 6 months? I've already cut back on spending to save more. I'm also not eligible to leave this role for a few more months.
Edits for clarification: I am in the US, but will have to pay back $20,000+ in relocation if I leave before that date. That makes leaving early really not an option for me. I'm an engineer if that matters.
