I am 1 year away from being finished with medical school and I have been moderately successful up to this point. I am usually just below average but well above passing.
The problem is I do not think I can mentally continue on for another year. However if I do not finish medical school, I only have two bachelor’s degrees (one is in biochemistry and the other is in cellular and molecular biology) that could get me an entry level lab position.
I do not think it would be possible to pay off my student debt with an entry level position. I am not seeing a lot of options and I am worried my entire life is ruined and there is no point. I would appreciate any advice I feel very stuck right now.
