This weekend I’m providing lunch for a crew of guys doing some work at a friend’s property. I’m planning on getting a rotisserie chicken or two from Costco ($4.99 each), a pack of their Foccacia rolls (5.99) and making some chicken salad sandwiches. Was also gonna get a big thing of the miniature chips from Costco. Is there something else budget friendly I can add? Was originally thinking cut up fruit but some of it seems messy for messy hands that may not have access to hand washing. Just trying to make sure what I provide them is enough to sustain some grown men and fill their bellies.
