  1. Bankruptcy

  2. Debt consolidation

  3. Stop paying debt altogether

  4. Keep trying to pay off debt

So basically I’m about ~70,000 in debt at age 27 after a failed business investment. I’ve held on making minimum payments on about 12 credit cards for over a year, and I’m done. I don’t see any end in sight and I’m just flushing money down the toilet. I own 1 vehicle that I don’t want to sell because I need it to get around. It’s worth about $5000. I have nothing else to my name. Currently I make about $4000 a month with like $5000 overhead (NOT INCLUDING CREDIT CARDS) because I pay for my parents housing as well. I am working on reducing overhead and making more money to survive but I can’t with the debt anymore.

My only other issue is I am purchasing a vehicle for my father which I’ve paid off like 60% of and I still owe about $10,000 on it. I can manage the monthly payment if the rest of the debt was not weighing me down. I would like to keep that if possible.

I am the sole provider so this all falls on me and I’m not sure what to do anymore.

I appreciate any advice or help offered.
