Hi I work at a bank and had just gotten a promotion a few months back that took me into the six figures. I love my team. My work is 9-6 and the manager is very supportive as well and a great mentor.
Now today, I received an offer with a 50% increase but I am worried that I won’t like the team and the work and the responsibilities will be too much to handle. I’m not sure if it’s worth the burden.
I am in banking product management, if that helps anyone understand the situation any better.
Is the pay bump worth it?
