In 2015 I purchased a multi-unit building for 450k fast forward to 2022 market is high; wondering if I should sell it or keep it.

Owe about 375k on the mortgage. Net Profit ~1500/mo. 15 years left on the mortgage.

Working with a realtor and looking at comps on recent closings around 850-950k. If I sold I'd likely take the profit after cap gains and invest it in an index fund while the housing market is high and wait for it to drop before reinvesting in real-estate.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.
