Hi! So after talking with people in the crypto market, I discovered that their main problem is the uncertainty in what assets to invest. There are over 1000 tokens in the space and it is quite confusing for them. After I did some research, I am pretty confused. I want to create a tool where users input some data and receive a portfolio configuration based on the market situation and their needs. This tool only recommends some coins to the user, and in the end, he decides to invest or not in what the tool is recommending. Do I need a license for this application? Is this considered a robo-advisor?
