Hi all,
I am an Australian doing some research for a project on the pre-Great Recession/Global Financial Crisis GFC mortgage market in the US.
I hear all the time about 'NINJA' loans, 125% LTV mortgages etc, but not much specifically at the product level.
Can anyone remember some of the more crazy mortgages out there, including the lender/bank it's came from?
Edit: Countries other than the US feel free to contribute too. (Ireland???)
