My parent's are going through the divorce process, I am 17 and currently employed by a fast food industry as the assistant general manager (#2). I make around 62 thousand dollars a year on a 2 week pay salary. My mother on the other hand only makes around 30-40 thousand as a substitute teacher, she expects me to quit my job and move 100+ miles away into a small apartment complex with her and my little sister in a not so good area. I do online school so where I am located isn't a problem. I am looking into a food management degree at my local community college, I have my own vehicle I bought myself along with affordable insurance and gas. I live with my parents now and I really cannot spend all my money between paychecks even if I try. I have around 16 thousand dollars saved up, is there any options for me to move out on my own? I would be heart broken having to quit my job, so much hard work and dedication has led me to my position today and I have been told by many higher up corporates I will be moved up to general manager of a new location when I turn 18. (Which is a 80k+ job)

PS I live in Texas, I am still a teenager but I think I could mentally handle not living with parents considering they aren't involved much anyway. I cannot move in with my dad because he is a raging coke head.
