I've been trying to search online but with spotty results. I'm an hourly employee for a large company in Massachusetts, I'm required to fly to California Sunday and it's looking like a 10-11hr travel time with one layover. How should my employer pay me? Flat rate 8hrs like a work day? All 11hrs? None?
