He has no assets besides a house he jointly owns with my stepmom. According to google, after he dies, his estate will be liable to pay for his backtaxes.
He has nothing, savings have been ran through a while ago. Will they come after the house? My stepmom is healthy but definitely can’t afford to pay all his taxes, and the house is not fully paid off.
