I have a friend who is mildly mentally disabled, he can't work but can still live alone and handle most of his own affairs. He is lonely and has a weakness for hackers pretending to be women on the internet and has had his checking account emptied three times so far. Is there an easy way to set up a checking account for him that would be safe from this?
