Timeline of predicting a market crash (by Ron Paul)

2014 - The market has to correct, and who's going to call it a crash until it happens? We're in for a major correction, I think. I think we're very, very vulnerable

2015 - There's a lot of instability still out there, and this hasn't been corrected yet. I don't think it's going to correct easily, I don't think it's going to be just a correction.

2017 - "If our markets are down 25 percent and gold is up 50 percent it wouldn't be a total shock to me"

2018 - A 50% correction will spark depression-like conditions that may be ‘worse than 1929’

2019 - The Dollar is going to self destruct

2020 - The end result is an overinflated stock market that could see a “violent correction”, as well as a monetary system on the brink of collapse. I happen to believe it’s the biggest financial bubble in the history of monetary policy.
