Woke up to a recruiter asking me if I am interested in a remote role in Jacksonville, Florida and I had already interviewed with them back in June. 3 rounds. 7 zoom interviews. And the outcome was "we decided to go a different direction". So sick of these professional interviewers that don't actually come to a decision. I am more than qualified for the job. 11 plus years doing IT audit. Can people give me input on what is happening? Apologies if this is the wrong subreddit.

Edit: I really need a real job. Like a proper job with 401 K and benefits. Covid fucked up my life in NYC and I relocated to Wisconsin working a contract role but can't seem to land anything. Have excellent resume, references, and work experience. The only chink in my armor? No BA. I only apply for jobs that ask for a mix of education and work experience so its not like I am asking for a favor. But, like I said earlier, over 11 years of IT audit experience making great money in NYC before covid fucked it all up and I can't figure out what is happening.
