Now I'm not sure if the job listing is for my location specifically. Each location is "owned" by an individual but it is one big corporation.
I found an ad for the same job listing.. pay being 15-18/hr and is listed for my city. But I make 14/hr.
I really think that is unfair so I'm hoping I can try an convince the people I work for to offer me that same pay.
Thing is, I have never asked for a raise in pay or have I noticed this type of discrepancy.
What should I do?
