We have a 10-person 401k review committee and I've been asked to join after our CFO caught onto my outwardly enthusiasm for investing. Any tips as to what I should be paying attention to?
Background: We use Fidelity. I've been at the company for 4 years and have a pretty good understanding of the basics when it comes to retirement accounts. I already contribute the IRS max but am curious about contributing more via mega backdoor.
