I'm a developer that's going through this wonderful employee's market in the mid-south US and I was recently offered a position that paid double what I was making prior and happily accepted.

It's been about a month at this point and they have spent a fair amount of money on me to train and whatnot, when a recruiter hits me up for a more senior role that makes somewhere between 13k less than I do now to 67k more, which I largely qualify for.

Assuming it takes a month to go through the interview process and make a decision, does it look bad to hop that soon after starting a job?
