This was in San Diego, California. The Costco Business Center in Kearny Mesa has Foster Farms frozen chicken breasts in a 10 lb. bag for $2.29/lb.
Business centers aren't regular Costcos. Had visited the regular Costco in La Mesa an hour earlier where chicken breasts were $2.99/lb.
If you have a deep freezer, the best deal on chicken was a 40 lb box of drumsticks that came out to slightly more than $1/lb. Hard to find prices that low in this area these days.
There are only about a dozen Costco Business Centers and they're all in major cities, but if your area has one (or if you're within reach of another type of restaurant supplier) then it's worth a look.
