So, I know this is probably a deeper issue for me, but I'm looking for strategies to eat at home more. The last few months, I've lost motivation. There are some personal circumstances involved that I won't go into, but I have not been able to plan or cook. I use a meal kit delivery service which was working great for me for a long time, but I've even been letting them go to waste. I know how to shop and cook, I'm just not doing it. So, I'm thinking I need easier food at home, but I've never really bought convenience foods and I'm struggling with the idea of deliberately buying "junk" food.

I need ideas for extremely convenient foods. Or any other strategies that might work for me until I get back on track.

EDIT: I want to eat healthy, but right now I just need to break this cycle.
