I, like all of you, do a lot of home cooking. My kitchen knives SUCK and are old and useless and not worth re-sharpening after 20 years. I'm looking for a versatile, all around, good quality kitchen knife for around 60-100$ to keep and take care of for a loooong time. Hoping for recommendations from fellow frugal home chefs!
